Recording Session

Cancellation Policy

Booking * All recording sessions require a minimum booking of 2 hours. * A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. * Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. * The remaining balance is due at the start of your session. Arrival * Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure your session begins on time. * Your reserved studio time starts at your scheduled appointment, regardless of your arrival time. Late Arrivals * If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless additional time is available. * Arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation of your session and forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Deposits are non-refundable. * Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be applied to the new booking. * Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice or no-shows will require a new deposit to book another session. Guests * A maximum of 5 people is allowed in the studio at one time, including the artist. * Additional guests may be denied entry due to space limitations. Smoking * Smoking is permitted inside the recording room or outside the building. * Please dispose of all smoking materials responsibly and help keep the studio clean. Studio Etiquette * Treat all studio equipment and furniture with care. * Food and drinks should be kept away from recording equipment whenever possible. * Please help keep the studio clean before leaving. Damage * Clients are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to studio equipment or property. * Repair or replacement costs may be charged when applicable. Conduct * Respect everyone in the studio at all times. * Violence, threats, harassment, theft, or any behavior that creates an unsafe environment will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund. File Storage * Session files will be stored for 30 days after your recording session. * After 30 days, files may be permanently deleted. Clients are encouraged to request or download their files as soon as possible. Payments * Any additional studio time requested during a session is subject to availability and will be billed at the current hourly rate. Agreement By booking a recording session with Pitstop Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
