Cancellation Policy

Services Pitstop Studio offers professional mixing services for both online and in-person clients. Payment * Online Mixing: Full payment is required before work begins. * In-Person Mixing: Payment is due at the start of the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon. * Mixing services will not begin until payment has been received. Turnaround Time * Turnaround time varies depending on project size and current workload. * An estimated completion time will be provided once your project is accepted. * Rush mixing may be available for an additional fee. Revisions * Every mix includes 2 rounds of revisions. * Additional revision rounds may incur an extra fee. * Major changes after mixing has begun, such as adding new recordings or changing the arrangement, may require an additional charge. In-Person Mixing * Clients may attend scheduled mixing sessions at the studio. * A maximum of 4 people are allowed in the studio at one time. * Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time. Online Mixing * Communication and revisions will be handled through email or another agreed-upon platform. * Clear and detailed feedback helps ensure revisions are completed efficiently. File Delivery Final mixes will be delivered after payment has been received in full. File Storage Completed projects will be stored for 30 days after final delivery. After that period, files may be permanently deleted. Copyright Clients retain full ownership of their music. By submitting a project, the client confirms they own or have permission to use all material provided. Agreement By purchasing mixing services from Pitstop Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Mixing Policy.
